KMT2D and cancer: To further investigate this association, we assessed PIGK levels across the mutation status of the ten most frequently altered cancer genes in TCGA/HNC cohort, including TP53 (69.3%), FAT1 (21.6%), CDKN2A (20.4%), PIK3CA (17.5%), NOTCH1 (17.1%), LRP1B (16.5%), PCLO (15.3%), KMT2D (15%), NSD1(11.7%), and CASP8 (10.7%).
