On the one hand, SF3A2 was involved in NEDD4-mediated macrophage pyroptosis in myocardial ischemia reperfusion10; on the other hand, the inhibition of SF3A2 acetylation at lysine 10 could promote Fscn1 alternative splicing against myocardial ischemic/reperfusion injury11. Here, SF3A2 is linked to myocardial ischemia.
