In our study, wound healing and qPCR assays showed that pretreatment of osteosarcoma cells with ERK, p38, or JNK inhibitors—or siRNAs targeting ERK, p38, or JNK—significantly reduced FGF-23-induced cell migration and LOXL2 expression (Fig. 3A-E).
