Correlation analysis between the genes associated with the TLS score and five genes for the risk score further revealed that RANBP17 is the most significant risk factor, and KCNJ10 is the most significant protective factor associated with CXCR5, CCL19 and CCL21 in the bulk tumour, important chemokines that promote TLS formation. This evidence concerns the gene RANBP17 and neoplasm.
