First, we analyzed the expression of CLEC4G in various tumor diseases, and after normalization by the pan‐cancer dataset, it was seen that CLEC4G was aberrantly expressed in a variety of tumor diseases, with only head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), Wilms tumor (WT), uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), and pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG) in which no differential expression was seen (Figure 3a). The gene discussed is CLEC4G; the disease is hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
