AKT1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: By performing similar GSEA using ShinyGO tool, we observed a significant enrichment of genes associated with pancreatic cancer (hsa05212), microRNAs in cancer (hsa05206), cell cycle (hsa04110), breast cancer (hsa05224), proteoglycans in cancer (hsa05205), chemokine signaling pathway (hsa04062), pathways in cancer (hsa05200), focal adhesion (hsa04510) and different signaling pathways (hsa04015 Rap1, hsa04010 MAPK, hsa04014 Ras and hsa04151 PI3K-Akt (Fig. 3).
