Some of the genes involved in OL differentiation such as Ncstn and Anxa5 are upregulated in both AD/cKO and cKO MOL (Fig. 7F), whereas others such as Myef2, Cdk5 and Psenen are exclusively up regulated in AD/cKO MOL, suggesting a stronger maintenance of OL identity and differentiation vs. the AD MOL.
