To further pinpoint the key gene in AML cells associated with the mTORC1 signaling pathway upon coculture with CD81+ Erys, we identified 34 DEGs and found that Egln3 (Egl-9 family hypoxia inducible factor 3) was the most significantly upregulated gene downstream of the mTORC1 signaling pathway (Figure 7C). This evidence concerns the gene EGLN3 and acute myeloid leukemia.
