Analysis of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) datasets revealed that high expression of RCC1 or ACTL6A was significantly correlated with poor survival of pancreatic cancer patients (p < 0.05), whereas RUVBL2 expression was not correlated with the patient survival (p = 0.4524, Fig. S4C). The gene discussed is RCC1; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
