EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma: In the phase II study HERTHENA‐Lung01, patritumab deruxtecan (HER3‐DXd), an antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a monoclonal antibody targeting HER3 linked to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, demonstrated a confirmed ORR of 29.8% and a median OS of 11.9 months in patients with advanced EGFR‐mutated NSCLC previously treated with EGFR‐TKIs and platinum‐based chemotherapy [31].
