On Day 21 post‐inoculation, DCs presenting SIINFEKL, a peptide derived from ovalbumin (OVA), were identified in OVA‐expressing brain tumors, and a high frequency of tumor‐infiltrating SIINFEKL‐reactive CD8+ T cells was detected, suggesting that tumor‐associated DCs could functionally present antigens through MHC I [20]. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is neoplasm.
