NPPB and coronary artery disorder: Ischemic heart disease (AOR: 2.11, 95% CI: 1.18-3.79, p = 0.01), atrial fibrillation (AOR: 2.65, 95% CI: 1.22-5.73, p = 0.01), reduced EF (HFrEF; AOR: 3.42, 95% CI: 1.82-6.46, p < 0.001), and renal dysfunction (AOR: 2.88, 95% CI: 1.59-5.23, p < 0.001) independently predicted markedly elevated NT-proBNP levels (Table 5).
