The combination of pembrolizumab (PD-1 inhibitor) with lenvatinib, an oral multikinase inhibitor that targets VEGF receptor, fibroblast growth factor receptor 1–3, PDGF receptor, RET, and KIT, has been evaluated in several gynecologic malignancies and is currently approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for use in advanced, microsatellite stable, MMR proficient endometrial carcinoma (122).
