NR3C2 and hydrops fetalis: In recent years, there has been a real breakthrough in the treatment of HF with the introduction of angiotensin receptor–neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) and sodium–glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2is), which should be added to the β-blocker and mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA) therapies that have been used for years, particularly in patients with HFrEF.
