EGFR and metastatic neoplasm: Regarding molecular alterations, EGFR mutations (13.2% vs. 2.1%, p < 0.0001) and ALK rearrangements (5.4% vs. 0%, p < 0.0001) were strongly associated with diffusely metastatic tumors, while TP53 co-mutations were more frequently in the bulky cohort (7.4% vs. 3.2%, p = 0.14) (Table 2).
