TACSTD2 and triple-negative breast carcinoma: Another ADC, Sacituzumab govitecan (SG), a first-in-class anti-trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (Trop-2) antibody–drug conjugate, demonstrated superior efficacy over single-agent chemotherapy in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) who have received two or more prior systemic therapies, including at least one of them for advanced disease, in the phase III ASCENT study.
