Relative to the other AD samples, both AD5 and the AYA group exhibited higher expression of genes associated with aggressive tumor features and inflammation (e.g., CXCL2, TUBB3, RRM2, and MMP1) and lower expression of differentiation markers and metastatic regulators (e.g., KIT and NCAM1).
