The Combi adhesion module contains diverse proteins mediating cell–cell contacts and extracellular matrix attachment (TLN1, ITGB1, ITGA6, and SRC), heat shock proteins (DNAJB11, DNAJC9), microtubule components (TUBA1C, TUBA1B), and cytoskeleton-regulating enzymes (PPP2CA), collectively influencing tumor cell migration and adhesion (Figure S8).
