It was found that elevated expression of RPL31, CCT2, RPL17, and NUP85 (Figure S10a,c,e,h), as well as downregulation of NUP98, CDC37, DNM2, and SNRPN resulted from corresponding μ-ASOs treatment, correlating with improved survival in colorectal adenocarcinoma patients according to the TCGA database (Figure S10b,g,i,j).
