Compared with the CON group, the serum IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α levels of rats in the CRS group and the CRS + DMSO group were all extremely significant increases, and IL-10 was extremely significant decreases (p < 0.01); compared with the CRS group, the serum inflammatory cytokine levels of rats in the CRS + CGA group, the CON + S3I-201 group, and the CRS + S3I-201 group were all significantly restored (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and congenital rubella syndrome.
