Figure 1A shows a strong correlation between FSCN1 and the proliferation signature score (R = 0.618, p = 1.33 × 10−208). Specifically, there was a statistically significant, albeit weak, correlation between FSCN1 and Ki-67 (encoded by MKI67; R = 0.19, p = 1.14 × 10−17), a global proliferation marker that correlates with faster tumor growth (Figure 1B).
