Following T‐cell enrichment from patient‐derived PBMCs, the CD4+ compartment in both CLL‐ and ALL‐derived T cells was predominantly composed of naïve T cells (Tn) and central memory T cell (Tcm) subsets, resulting in a similar composition between the two patient groups (Figure 6A,B, left panels). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
