CDH17 and intellectual disability, autosomal dominant: CDH15, a member of the aforementioned Cadherin family and located in the chromosomal position 16q24.3, is the gene encoding the 814‐aa residue Cadherin15, a transmembrane adhesive glycoprotein, known to be implicated in a form of autosomal dominant intellectual disability, namely Intellectual Developmental Disorder, Type 3 (OMIM:612580).
