When samples were further stratified as A3B-L (0–10%, n = 396), A3B-I (11–25%, n = 125) and A3B-H (> 25%, n = 125), similar results are found showing a trend where higher A3B protein expression was associated with larger tumors, higher tumor grade and higher rates of mitotic activity (Supplementary Table 1).
