COX6B1 and idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension: In view of this, we hypothesize that the role of COX6B1 in the pathogenesis of IPAH might be achieved by affecting mitochondrial oxidative stress, mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and energy metabolism; HMGCL might participate in metabolic modulation of histone acetylation in IPAH pathogenesis.
