Owing to their unique features, high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements (known as double-hit or triple-hit lymphoma, DHL/THL) has been defined as a disease category in the World Health Organization (WHO) 2016 classification, accounting for approximately 5–15% of newly diagnosed large B-cell lymphoma [3]. This evidence concerns the gene BCL6 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
