Accumulating evidence suggests that Norrin influences multiple hallmarks of cancer through diverse mechanisms, including sustaining proliferative signaling, promoting genomic instability, circumventing growth suppression, conferring resistance to apoptosis, enabling replicative immortality, stimulating angiogenesis, facilitating invasion/metastasis, metabolic reprogramming, immune evasion, and tumor microenvironment (TME) modulation (Figure 4).
