NOP10 and neoplasm: Pathway enrichment analysis using hallmark gene sets (Figure 7J,K) revealed robust activation of senescence- and ccRCC-related pathways in NOP10- and NHP2-positive PTCs, including “DNA repair,” “mTORC1 signaling,” “oxidative phosphorylation,” “hypoxia,” “Wnt/β-Catenin signaling,” and “reactive oxygen species pathway”—all critically involved in tumor metabolism, progression, and the establishment or escape of cellular senescence.
