ATAD1 and myopathy: Indeed, WT mice had homogeneously sized myofibres (Feret's diameter and cross‐sectional area: 57 ± 3.28 μm and 3289 ± 323 μm2) with peripherally located nuclei (Figure 7J,–L), whereas 9‐month‐old VCP A232E mice dosed with control ASO showed cellular infiltrations into the interstitium of the myofibres along with a significantly increased number of centralised nuclei, consistent with MSP1 myopathy (Feret's diameter and cross‐sectional area: 32 ± 2.23 μm and 1163 ± 143 μm2) (Figure 7K, L).
