Compared to the survivors, the non-survivors had a higher prevalence of diabetes, a faster heart rate, higher arterial lactate levels, higher Glucose levels, higher myocardial marker levels, higher d-dimer levels, higher hs-CRP levels, higher BNP levels, lower ejection fraction (EF) values, higher Gensini scores, higher GRACE scores, higher TIMI scores, higher rates of acute NSTEMI, and higher rates of multi-vessel CAD (all p < 0.005; Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and coronary artery disorder.
