CD19 and acute myeloid leukemia: Treatment with cord-blood derived HLA-mismatched anti-CD19 CAR-NK cells led to a 73% response rate in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients, while treatment with purified CD56(+)CD3(-) NK cells from haploidentical KIR-ligand-mismatched donors resulted in a 54% response rate in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients at various stages.
