In this study, we investigated the c-Myb – CKB axis in OSA and confirmed that CKB expression is regulated by the c-Myb oncoprotein in OSA cell lines and that both genetic and pharmacological inhibition of CKB reduces cell migration by decreasing N-cadherin, a mesenchymal marker associated with poor prognosis and metastasis in this aggressive bone tumor. Here, CDH2 is linked to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
