PSMA-617 has also been chelated to the β-, Auger, and Coster-Kronig electron-emitting 161Tb for metastatic prostate cancer therapy and showed superiority over 177Lu-PSMA-617 in animal and human trials (64,65) while the VIOLET trial of 161Tb-PSMA-I&T is recruiting patients at the time of writing (66). This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and metastatic prostate carcinoma.
