Overexpression of CD38 in lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and leukemia can be targeted with theranostic pairs of the monoclonal antibodies daratumumab or isatuximab with a variety of imaging radionuclides (68Ga, 64Cu, 99mTc, 89Zr) and therapeutic radionuclides (177Lu, 225Ac, 90Y, 212Pb, 211At) (71).
