Three of the 4 hub proteins of network B, the PPI network specific to nonpapillary urothelial carcinoma—GNB1, RHOA, and FPR2—have been found to be associated with worse prognosis in gastric cancer [46], bladder cancer [42], lung cancer [47], and cervical squamous cell carcinoma [48]. This evidence concerns the gene FPR2 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
