Compared to the low-likelihood group (FAST <0.35, n = 606), both the indeterminate-risk (FAST 0.35–0.66, n = 51) and high-risk MASH (FAST ≥0.67, n = 17) groups had a significantly lower proportion of females, a higher prevalence of hypertension, and higher levels of AST, ALT and TyG-BMI index (all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hypertensive disorder.
