PARP1 and triple-negative breast carcinoma: Based on emerging molecular insights into TNBC, we selected two biologically significant protein targets Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP1; PDB ID: 5HA9) and Casein kinase 2 alpha (CK2α; PDB ID: 7L1X) for our in-silico investigations, both of which play pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
