The findings obtained from employing various antibodies and inhibitors, including MOR8457 (Kuai et al., 2015), 1-NaPP1 (Tsioumpekou et al., 2020), CP-673451 (Yang et al., 2018), among others (Zou et al., 2022), indicate that targeting the PDGF/PDGFR signaling pathway represents a promising strategy for the treatment of cancer via regulating blood vessel regeneration.
