DTYMK and autoimmune disease: From the results as in (Figure 3B), several pathways were observed to be over-represented in the CRC groups, such as pentose and glucuronate interconversions, toxoplasmosis, regulation of actin cytoskeleton, metabolism of terpenoids and polyketides, spliceosome, dTMP kinase, and vibrio cholerae infection, and two pathways of diseases, namely; hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (genetic cardiac disease) and systemic lupus erythematosus (autoimmune disease).
