By expanding the scope of adverse reactions to include “depression (excluding suicide and self-harm), suicide/self-injury, hostility/aggression, psychosis and mental disorders, and non-infectious encephalopathy/delirium” as mood disorders, and conducting subgroup analyses by GLP-1 RAs indications, our study showed no significant risk signals for GLP-1 RAs. This evidence concerns the gene GLP1R and depressive disorder.
