The molecular profile of CCNE1-amplified endometrial tumors revealed a predominance of pathogenic genomic alterations, with the most frequently affected genes being TP53 (95.74%), PIK3CA (30.50%), PPP2R1A (21.63%), FBXW7 (18.09%), PIK3R1 (15.60%), and KRAS (5.67%), as shown in Fig. 2. The gene discussed is PIK3R1; the disease is endometrium neoplasm.
