We profiled CCNE1 amplification across 12,845 gynecologic tumors, revealing a site-specific prevalence—for example, 0.74% in cervical cancer, 5.06% in endometrial cancer, and 8.01% in ovarian cancers—and observed notable co-amplifications and mutations involving PI3K-AKT pathway genes and TP53. This evidence concerns the gene CCNE1 and cervical carcinoma.
