The novel mechanism by which circFUT8 promotes lung cancer progression is that circFUT8 binds to ENO1, enhancing glycolytic metabolism to the upregulation of JUN, CSF2, CSF1, TRAF1, CCL5, MMP9, which in turn drive the polarization of tumor‐associated macrophages toward an immunosuppressive M2 phenotype, fostering a pro‐tumor microenvironment. Here, CCL5 is linked to neoplasm.
