ARL4C and colorectal carcinoma: Interestingly, ARL4C depletion significantly sensitized DLD-1 cells to oxaliplatin (Figure 2F-G), while ARL4C overexpression rendered HCT-116 cells more resistant to oxaliplatin (Figure 2H-I), further validating our hypothesis that ARL4C plays a pivotal role in CRC oxaliplatin resistance and may represent a promising therapeutic target to overcome drug resistance.
