To further investigate the role of ARL4C in CRC progression and oxaliplatin resistance, we first evaluated ARL4C expression at both mRNA and protein levels across a panel of CRC cell lines (DLD-1, LOVO, HT-29, SW620, SW480, HCT-116) and a normal colon epithelial cell line (NCM460). The gene discussed is ARL4C; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
