Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are a rare group of mesenchymal neoplasms composed of distinctive epithelioid cells that exhibit dual myomelanocytic differentiation, typically co-expressing melanocytic markers such as HMB-45 and smooth muscle markers including desmin or actin [1]. Here, PMEL is linked to neoplasm with perivascular epithelioid cell differentiation.
