TACSTD2 and urothelial carcinoma: Sacituzumab govitecan (IMMU132, IMMU), a first-in-class ADC comprising a humanized IgG1κ anti-TROP2 antibody attached to the active metabolite of irinotecan (SN-38) via a hydrolyzable CL2A linker, was approved for the clinical management of TROP2-positive, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and urothelial carcinoma (UC) [14, 15].
