NGS of the CSF cfDNA via PredicineCARE revealed the same G12D KRAS mutation, in addition to TP53 and APC mutations, the combination of which is the most common genetic alteration in colorectal cancer.10 Additional alterations included CCND1, MYC, and AR amplifications and deletions in PTEN, APC, and TP53. This evidence concerns the gene APC and colorectal cancer.
