These analyses revealed that higher COL6A2 expression was significantly associated with an increased likelihood of higher T stage (OR = 2.901), lymph node metastasis (OR = 1.574), distant metastasis (OR = 1.257), later pathological stage (OR = 1.294), and advanced histological grade (OR = 1.838) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene COL6A2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
