TNF and osteoporosis: Meanwhile, the results of GSEA analysis also indicated that DBI has the ability to inhibit the TNF signaling pathway, NF‐kappa B signaling pathway, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction and the osteoclast differentiation and other signaling pathways, the first three of which have been shown to play key roles in the pathogenic process of AS [30], and the activation of osteoclast differentiation due to decreased DBI expression is likely to be closely related to osteoporosis caused by AS, which is worthy of in‐depth study.
