METTL14 and neoplasm: Similar to previous results, inhibiting METTL14 expression could impair the proliferation ability (Figure 5C) and motility of tumor cells (Figures 5D, E), promoting an increase in cell apoptosis (Figure 5F); at the same time, it downregulated the expression of MAP2K7, p-ERK, and p-p38MAPK molecules (Figure 5G).
