Additionally, in vitro coculture assays revealed that elevated YY1 in hepatoma cells markedly suppressed CD8+ T‐cell activation, whereas YY1 knockdown augmented tumor‐inhibitory capacity, evidenced by increased CD107a surface exposure—a surrogate marker of cytotoxic granule release (Figure 2F–I, J).
