Interestingly, although anxiety is the most prevalent behavioral change in Prader–Willi syndrome (PWS) (Feighan et al., 2020), Magel2 ko mice did not exhibit anxiety-related behavior in the open field maze [32, 34] and elevated plus maze assessments in both male and female mice (Mercer et al., 2009).
