The results revealed an increased proportion of TREM1+ Mφ, characterized by the high IL1B expression, in periodontitis, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), IBD, and perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease (Perianal-CD) (Fig. 6b, c, and Fig. S5a–c). The gene discussed is IL1B; the disease is Cowden disease.
